Synopsis
When Sir Arthur Carmichael, young and healthy heir to a large estate, starts behaving strangely, psychiatrist Edward Carstairs, is summoned to assess the situation. Sir Arthur appears to be behaving like a cat - only days after his mother killed a grey Persian!
In the USA this story was published in a collection called The Golden Ball and other stories, however for some reason his name seems to have been changed to Andrew in the table of contents, while remaining Arthur in the text. Published in The Hound of Death and Other Stories, in 1933.
