Short Stories

Agatha Christie wrote nearly 160 short stories. This includes the recently discovered and published The Capture of Cerberus and The Incident of the Dog's Ball.   She used many of the plots in later novels and plays. Here you can discuss each one.

We're pretty sure they're all here but if you notice any ommissions just let us know!

I love all the Mr Quin stories. Although I wasnt as keen on the solution for this one, I liked the way the stories told. Mr Sattertwaite was stranded outside on a dark stormy night, he takes refuge in a nearby pub "The Bells and Motley" who should appear but Mr Quin! The whole plot is talked through by Mr Satterthwaite, Mr Quin and the pubs landlord and his daughter. Those who like fast paced novels may not like this one, but theres something I like about it.
