Stuck in chapter Five

I have talked to everyone. Given Emily the fishing line and searched the island and house several times. I cannot find Blore. What do I need to do?

I am also stuck in Chapter 5. I have done everything that I know to do...even followed every step in the walk through that I found. I cannot get Lombard to say the Emily has been stung, and cannot find Lombard and Armstrong at the apiary. Everyone seems to have dissapeared. Any suggestions on how to move to Chapter 6 before I start Chapter 5 over?

I got stuck here too. If you already have Lombard's plans for the parachute you don't need to find him again but if you haven't you need to find him and get them off him. However, you might have done what I did and though I had the plans in my inventory I had not 'read' them and you have to do this before Emily Brent can make the parachute for you.

The thing is, there are so many "triggers" that you need to do in order to advance to the next level, I can't tell from this little information what you need to do. Earlier in chapter five, did you talk to Lombard at Shipwreck Point with Vera? Lombard then disappears until he announces the death of the fifth victim. Here are some of the main triggers you need in order to move forward. Search the screening room thoroughly. Have you explored the cove that is blocked by the thicket and two goats (actually, you probabnly did if you found the fishing line)? Have you given Emily Brent the sheets and needles so you can build the parachute? Have you listened to the shortwave radio and the other radio? Have you built and used the parachute yet? Usually, the trigger for the endgame of Chapter 5 is the use of the parachute.
