Frndorfoe, I had another thought I do like the people at the Dinner Party and I love the Concept of the book but Jane Heller Irritated me so muchand I am afraid her story was the only one I didn't like sorry.
I don't find Jane Heller that annoying. I guess I've met far more annoying people in real life to be annoyed by a character like Jane Heller!
So have I come to think of it Frndorfoe

I don't get it. What do you mean?
You said you haved met people far more annoying than Jane Hellier to find her annoying and I was just saying that I had also.
Oh now I get it!
I love this thread!
Dolly Bantry and Griselda Clement are definitely favourites. I like Gwenda and Giles from "Sleeping Murder", and I weirdly enjoy Mrs Price Ridley for being so deliciously detestable.
If there were Characters I didn't like in Marple stories they would probably come from Murder With Mirrors

I am personally a HUGE Miss Marple stories addict. She is my favorite detective and I have read and collected all of her stories. Some of my favorite characters from Miss Marple's stories are Mrs Dane Calthrop from The Moving Finger, Mrs Dolly Bantry from The Body in the Library, The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side and The Thirteen Problems, Bunch from A Murder is Announced and the list goes on and on. I would like to know what characters from Miss Marple's stories do you like?
