Christie's Islands

Ive recently started And Then There Were None and It made me think of all the Islands in the Christie books.. such as the island in Evil under the Sun. Did she use real Islands as models for her books or did she make them up? If so where were they?

That Island is also credited to be the inspiration of And Then There Were None.

Burgh Island is commonly credited as the inspiration for the island in "Evil Under the Sun."
