I was wondering if third girls is a good book because I have just started it and so far I am finding it really boring, I am up to chapter 4 and I want to know if it is any good in the middle not just if the end is suprising.

I really enjoyed THIRD GIRL, and in truth there are few Christie novels that I dislike. I love Mrs. Oliver--she adds a quirky spin to Poirot's methodical thinking--so the book was great fun for me! The ending was also a surprise...

I watched David Suchet's adaptation of THIRD GIRL and, I don't remember but, was the ending changed from Christie's novel?

it's one of my top ten so I'd say yes =) It was one of my first Poirots and it's the book in which I stated to love him xD. And if you like Mrs. Oliver it IS good in the middle (also if not, but if so it's better) Regards

Third Girl is a very Good book, I started reading it years ago and couldn't get very far but I went back to it recently as the Adaptation was coming on Television and Thoroughly enjoyed it, Miss Lemon is as usual Brilliant, (She should have been in the Adapt) and Ariadne is as usually Excellent, In my humble opinion it is better than The Big Four, The Murder of Roger Ackroyed and Lord Edgware Dies but not as good as ABC Murders, Death In The Clouds, Cards On The Table, Evil Under The Sun and Mrs McGinty's Dead, If you read this book enjoy it.
