Technically, we never know for sure, but personally I doubt it. Japp and Poirot discuss dinner at the end, not plans for an arrest. Anyway, given her reasons for her actions, it's probable that a jury would've acquitted her. Perhaps the authorities were more interested in prosecuting the other guy for blackmail, and Jane could've turned King's Evidence (that is, testified in exchange for certain immunities) in order to convict him.
