Be honest , who do you prefer  ? I really like David Suchet , he`s my personal favourite  ! Apoliglies , if anyone else have posted a thread like this  .

i love david suchet.i have watched peter ustinov and albert finney and i suppose they are ok but suchet has poirot down to a tee

I love David Suchet as Poirot.  He's exactly like what I imagined Hercule Poirot to be.

well i really like David Suchet, because i think he's so good at acting. David Suchet is my exact poirot image.  he has nice french accent too.

Hi.

But among which people to choose? There's probably only Peter Ustinov apart from D. Suchet. And I prefer the former. However 'unlike' Poirot he might have looked, the only screen versions after Agatha Christie's stories I more or less enjoy are the ones where he was cast, and that's thanks to his great talent.

Anyway, who said that D. Suchet's Poirot is 'correct'??

I think my favourite would have to be David Suchet but only because Albert Finney only played Poirot once and Ian Holm only played him in a Made for TV Dramas which where he didn't solve one of Poirot's Crimes, It would have been nice to see him as Poirot properly and It would have been nice if Finney had done more than one film as Poirot.

My personal favorite is David Suchet, is really good, play the role of Poirot very well ... careful, systematic, precise, accurate

My personal favourite is David Suchet because he was the unique actor who portrayed Poirot correctly, with his pecualiarity and kidness. Very methodic.
