this might not help too much-but i looked up "gogo", the closest thing i could find was something about a russian novelist named nikolai gogol, born in ukraine. he wrote a lot about the supernatrual.
Again, not sure if that will help at all, but still, it's something.
LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING ALPHABETICAL
The first three characters murders have first names that start with a, b and c. Does the book ABC Murders have anything to do with it???
Thank you Marcia 96 and MissQuin!
Sounds like I'll have a lot of homework to do now :)
Oh and congrats in order to Pat as well, I'm glad you two won. You both will have to let us know what youu think of the stories once you've read them!
CONGRATULATIONS Pat_september and Spearminthippo!!!!
ENJOY THE PRIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS SPEARMINT HIPPO!! I hope you enjoy your prize, hope you enjoy reading all Agatha's work!
Just saw it on FB!!

YEEEEEEYYYY... I found it!!! Guess I'm not a total waste...
I'm too stup for this! I just can't figure this out!!!
Found it. I never thought that it would be so easy. Now, on to the second clue!
Help! Can someone give me an idea as to where the text link is. I've been looking for hours, but I can't see it anywhere. Please, please can someone help me?
Can someone help me, please? I'm new to this and I've no idea where to start. If anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful.
Is the first clue still up?!
Hi everyone! Im new to this site, but ive been looking for the clue all afternoon andi cant find it anywhere! May i ask, do any of you wear glasses by any chance? because ive been thinking that perhaps the part "under our noses" could actually mean about the face, maybe a reflection or something?
Just thinking!
Thanks everyone!!
I've got it!! Alphebetical, ABC. Think Forum, think. Oh no am I going to die now?
As Miss Quin (Very helpfully) said, it's in alphebetical order. But do we have any suspects?? Thats the annoying thing.
I can't believe it was soooooo easy!!!!!!!!!! For those who are still looking for it: it may be much more easy than you think. Don't give up!!!
MissQuinThank you! At least someone realises I was trying to help
Of course!
Thank you! At least someone realises I was trying to help
So I've only just now started participating in this interactive murder mystery... was so afraid the clue wasn't up anymore, but it is - so for the rest of you starting from scratch, have no fear!
And yes, the "box" description was confusing, but Miss Quinn meant it to be helpful... just realize you are looking for a text link, and the way you will know you've found the correct link is that it will take you to a page with the box Miss Quinn described.
Also, heed the tip someone gave to NOT look in the shop! Info about books/stories are located elsewhere in the site besides there!
Happy exploring! If you think about it, and heed these tips, it really shouldn't take you long... it took me about 20 minutes, and that's only because I was stuck looking in the shop. So definitely heed that tip, and yes... pay attention and keep your eyes peeled. Read carefully!!
can the clues be anywhere on the site???
HI!
i found it!! :D you have to READ CAREFULLY! ;D
I registered about 12 hours ago. Spent almost 4 hours searching and most of the time it was right under my nose! hahaha!!! Finally, I found it!

the only pattern i can see is A B C !
Found it. Hidden in the most perfect way and therefore easily overlooked.
Well done Agatha Cristie dot com, you fooled me.
If your browsing this clue, make sure your not looking in the shop. Have a look elsewhere.
MissQuinSorry, it's not in a box! It's just when you find it and click on it, there's a box. Ive had tomatos thrown at me for that comment, so I'm sorry!
Look at
angelika_blue, then biancaquan, and now cracker_jack
Can you see a pattern? Then work it out in your mind and have a loo kwhere you think it might be.
thaks for the help.
ive tried abc murders but no luck.
will just have to focus on finding a pattern inangelika_blue, biancaquan, and cracker_jack

Fall_in_LifeWell, I found the first clue. How many are there? I'm sure that first one was only easy to start us off. If I'm right, they'll get harder.
EASY????
ahhhh am i the only one who still hasnt found the first clue??
okay someone pleeease give a clue!!!!!!!!!!!
missquin said that it was in a box...... aaaahhhh!!! how many boxes on this whole website????
thedoctor98Found the clue in ten minutes easy peasy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think its not hard!!!!!!
give us a clue cause i have NO idea where one box could be on the whole website ..... i have been looking for over half an hour!!!!
i dont know where to look for a clue... is it on the webpage?
Hi I just joined about half an hour ago and I found it easy peasy.
at last i found the 1st clue, i hadn't been looking properly
Cracked It! But I have no idea who the murderer may be. I don't have any theory as yet to what direction to take either. Just glad that I got the first clue. Good fun though.

Just joined the site today and found this murder mystery also wanted to say hi to everyone.
Hello :) I am really new here but I think I will love this :) I couldn`t find the first clue, but I have a small theory: these 3 victims have real names in their usernames - angelika, bianca, jack . Anyway, I will keep looking for :D
what link? I haven't seen any. What do you mean?
You'll know when youve found it, you click the link and it tells you so. At least thats how it is with the first clue.
And if I have found the clue (or think so) how can I see if I'm right???(sorry if you can't understand what I mean, I'm not good at english)
I'm so tired of looking for the mysterious man. Can I find somewhere the first clue? I mean is it reported somewhere???Please answer me!!!! I'm sooooooo curious!!!!!!!
Just joined up today and happy to have found the 1st clue - now have to play catch up on the rest!
i wasn't purposely leaving red herrings. You cleary misunderstoodmy post. I was just telling people what happens when you click on it. Anyway I found the clue without hints from others.
Thank heaven I have at long last found this clue. I am however slightly narked that people leave red herrings here as clues but I guess it is to be expected. I have spent over 2 weeks looking for a red & black box to appear on a page to find this first clue. What a waste of time!
Just wondering if any others haven't found it. Over 2 weeks for me looking now & still can't see this first clue. I saw the hint at the beginning about the red & black box but haven't seen one of those anywhere. I thought it had something to do with ABC Murders but the only way you can find anything to do with ABC Murders is to go to the shop & bring up the books. There are no coffee mugs or deckchairs or games with this title so I just don't understand where else to go. My only concern is it may be on the timeline & I have a problem getting this up with my old computer. Is there someway you can let me know if it is the timeline so I know to give up looking?
Oh yes, I found it I found it I found it!! Thanks to all for good advice
And good luck finding the first clue: just remember that your first thought might be the right one.
Ah I'm so proud of myself!! However now I must try to find the second clue. Good luck!
Well, I found the first clue. How many are there? I'm sure that first one was only easy to start us off. If I'm right, they'll get harder.
atu_gelovaniiBexetalplease tell me what kind of box it is is it red or black i dont understand somebody help me i want to know what i must find in this website .what is hidden ? a box?
It's not really a box! It's just a link which leads to a picture of the black mystery man/woman on a red background.

To Janerob and other new sleuths
1st clue hint: angelika_blue, then biancaquan, and now cracker_jack
see what you think connects them, then go to where you think it might be.
oh help, i've been looking for days- any hints possible?
Your welcome, happy hunting!
MissQuinIve found it! I found the clue in a red and black box! But I'm afraid I'm going to have to keep it a secret! The message told me to keep quiet, so I will. Of course I'll probably be killed now!
I hope you don't mind that I brought this up. I just thought it could be useful to us who haven't found the first clue yet... in case someone missed it, at least I don't always have the patience to read all earlier posts
And thanks, MissQuin!!
Welcome bloodhoud! The first clue and second clues are still there.
Hi everybody I've joined just a few minutes ago... So my question is same as Thomasino66's: is the first clue up still? I hope it is so my work won't be totally wasted
If it is, then it's going to mean a LOT of thinking for me... I've already tried to think some possibilities and I actually joined just because of this mystery, so thank you very much for it
Well now I'll go and try to find it. Aww I love mysteries, I just hope I'd be better solving them... Anyway if somebody who knows what he first clue is could check out if it's still up and tell us?
Help! new to site, is the first clue up still? If so could i have a hint?
Miss Quin, The ABC lead me to the story Manix Gold, where I think the murderer is hiding.
MissQuinI'm not sure what you mean Genna? Do you mean the murderers identity, or the 1st clue location?

OMG I just found it! Now I really deserve breakfast!
TheButlerDidITIs there anyone who hasn't found the first clue yet?
I'm still looking lol and its been a week! I love murder mysteries but I'm not very good at solving them! I've had a few theories, but really not sure what I'm looking for. Hey ho I won't give up its a brilliant way of having a look around the site. I'm going to have a little look around and then have breakfast.
Happy hunting everyone :-)
i been trying to find the 1st clue for awhile, i been coming up with ideas where it could be and so far i haven't had much luck, i'm going to keep on looking as it bothering me. Even if i have to go through all my books and this website just to find it.
I have not found the first clue ..
I've been looking at this website for months but only joined today so I could also leave a message of frustration about how impossible it is for me to find that first clue. I have been looking for hours & I knwo the frustration of that man earlier when he shouted at people to shut up when they kept saying how easy it was to find. I too feel like the most stupid person in the world cause I sure as heck can't find it.
I'm not sure what you mean Genna? Do you mean the murderers identity, or the 1st clue location?
ABC: Arthur B. Crookall, in the story Manx Gold, asks Agatha Christie to write a treasure hunt. In this story is the quote "An opportunity for all Amature Detectives to test their skill"
Am I right so far Miss Quin?
Is there anyone who hasn't found the first clue yet?
Hi everyone I just joined today. I just started looking for the first clue so wish me luck!
Well done to those who have found it!

i'm having a troubling time finding the 1st clue are we allowed to give hints of any kind?
I'm new to the site and FINALLY!!
I got it right. I didn't know there was a 2nd clue, though...
better go look for it.
i found the first clue yestrday
but the second clue is giving me a hard time.
i searched for the meaning of beatriz itt is latin it means bring joy.
it didn't help me and i'm still searching for the clue
BTW Beatriz is the spanish version of Beatrice...
I don't know if that helps...
na_wellI found the first clue, AT LAST! I now know that I hadn't been looking carefully. My thoughts and reasoning were correct but when I went looking for the clue I couldn't find it. It was just that I hadn't been paying attention carefully at the time of the search.
If you haven't found it yet just keep trying, don't give up!!!!! Good Luck!
Same here, bud. The reasoning was good! man, I saw that page like 1000 times... you have to look carefully!
Let's go for the second one...

YAY! I've FINALLY found the first clue. Panic over... wait... there's a second clue... ah well. Off to search for that one, then!
you found the 2nd clueeee ????????!?!?!
OMG!!! I FOUND IT!!!
I wonder if it's moderator 2? lol.
Could it be something as simple as the abc murders?
where did you guys see that beatriz91 is dead?
AArgh! Frustration! I've been looking for the first clue for days and still haven't found it. Is anyone allowed to tell what it looks like?
Thx shino
@Thracias: The first three names leads you to the first clue and the fourth name leads you to the second, but HeiseiHolmes and m_hercule_poirot_2 are members of the community who are taking part in the game (just like us!) who are getting too close to the identity of the murderer that they have to be killed! You can read back all the comments in the forum!
angelika_blue
biancaquan
cracker_jack
beatriz91
HeiseiHolmes
m_hercule_poirot_2
are the names the clues?
Hahah, get him! ;)
Unfortunate user name
Found the first clue!! Tea and cake for me, then on to the second clue. I only hope I won't be killed just because I am foreign ...
the problem is that I don't know what should I do. I dont know what I should be looking for. We have the clues but what do I need to do.
I'm paying attention to the clues, I have wild ideas, but none seems work!
The problem is that I read all of her novels, stories, but 15 years ago and more! And I can't remember the names and locations.
I would think it obvious....
I mean a real Agatha Christie fan would have guessed by now!
It is simple but I'm not one to spoil!
But pay close attention to the clues!
i've been looking since may 7th... I've been to all the pages and nothing.. I've searched every book in the page and nothing...i don't know if we need to look for a sort of icon-like thing.. or what.. i have no idea. i've re-read the first text on the murder like 5000 times and all i can see as "clues" are the names of three members... but i tried anagrams and everything.. evidently i'm kind of stupid.. this is sooooo frustating....
I can't find the second one. Now I have to go now and check tomorow.
Soooo incredibly pissed off!!! I cant fine the first clue... and now there's a second one????? ARGHHHHH!!!!

Another murder! Beatriz 91 that will give something to puzzle over!

First clue? Oh, damn, I have no clue!
I'm baffled I have about 20-25 hours in this looking around and still nothing. My eyes are stinging. I guess I'm no Poirot.
na_wellDo you mean up there with all the faces? I saw Bags appear more than once too. I also though under our noses could mean: under the noses of all the characters above but I don't think so. Then I also though it could be were the book ABC Murders is but also found nothing. I don't know.
What do you think about colours? Where could we find those colours?
Excellent theorising na_well - perhaps you've actually found the clue, or come across it rather, but need to sharpen your eyes to actually 'see' it!
This is driving me nuts....

First time here too. It's interesting...ummm something to do with colours and that deckchair kept popping up...anything to do with it?
I have been looking for the clue on and off for the past couple of days and I can't find it either. Maybe it is time to give up. I looked everywhere trying to reason where it could be but I haven't had luck yet.
If it is a play of words or something like that I am missing it and it may be due to the fact that my native language is Spanish and my English isn't THAT good. And if it has something to do with Christie's novels, well, I haven't read them all so I don't know.
I feel so incredibly stupid =(
it´s the first time i come here.
i found the clue thanks to a comment of a member, actually thx to this whole post.
very cool.
I have not found the first clue but I give up, I have been looking for it since the 7th of May and have not found it. Could anybody be so kind to tell me?
Where should I look?? Any page in the website??
I have to say that I'm incredibly frustrated right now..... WHERE IS ITTTTTT....??????
I Can't find the first clue... yes Im new... he he he
ilovewalruses2, your prayers have been answered! For those that have found the first clue already, you can talk about it openly without fear of wrist slapping from me, in the new post First Clue Finders Only
Though if you haven't found it yet, and are thinking of cheating, shame on you!
I wish we could discuss the clue :(
I have so many theories, all of them wild :P
don't give up!
i know you can find it
Congrats jenpix! U found it! Don't give up! Pay attention to the details and stick to the clues!
No don't give up! Just stop and think about it for a bit...
Okay, seems like more people are finding the clue. I wonder when something else will happen.
I can't!
I feel genuinely stupid!
Dont give up Mike! It took me 3 days but I got there. You can do it!
well i've been at this for a total of 15-18 hours in and off stiil nothing.
I think it's time to give up
I know, Its really exciting! I love this game
see, it was not so difficult after all finding it. It was right under our nose (the clue)!!;);)... can't wait for more clues....;);)
AHHH! I found it I found it I found it I found it! Imaginatino and thinking were the key for sure, sorry Poirot but order and method does not work for me!
I have tried using order and method, now I think I will try imagination and random word association. To those who have or have not found the clue, do you think my limited knowledge of the novels is holding me back. Is there something which is obvious to people who have spent more time on the books and more time reading the novels?
Or is it just a matter of checking everywhere one at a time?
thank you very much.........now where is it I wonder?
Hi biggles_aristide, you don't need Flash to find the clue. happy hunting!
PWESE HELP ME...
QUESTION:DO I NEED FLASH TO GET THE CLUE...BECAUSE I CANNOT GET FLASH
I found it!! Pay attention and wish the rest best of luck!! At 1st I thought under our nose is a literal clue... Hence went and scroll over the nose of the characters on top of the page! But it wasn't... Hah!
Hi there! Am new here! Off to hunt the clue now! Hope it won't take me too long...
Hi everybody! I've been reading your comments for some time now...I'm so glad now that the murder game became more interactive...I found the clue easy enough...though at first I didn't notice it...I just can't wait for the next one!
Yay I found the clue!! After only 15 mins lol
Have you noticed that the image of the gravestone which has RIP on it is written like this: R.I.P (withouth the last dot). I know this may be just a mistake with no meaning at all. Maybe I am looking into something when it doesn't mean anything at all just a silly mistake.
I haven't found the clue yet but I am still looking!
It is so tempting to give a hint, however that is against the rules I think. Like I said in another post, people should share their theories, and where they have looked, people may have more luck if they try it together.
As it occurs in several Christie books, you may want to make a list of theories from what has been written so far, and then start crossing places you have looked off.
I haven't found it yet but I have done as others told me and paid attention and still not found anything. Maybe I will come back when the mystery thing is well over!
Hello, 3 days later and I still have not found it (I may need to stop looking at the end of a long days work) Is there anyone else left who has not found it? I hope I am not holding people up with my slow working grey cells
Thank you MissQuin for forwarding that! I'd forgotten the details, and after reading them i believe that this mystery and the identity of our murderer has nothing to do with any of the novels/short stories etc.
I'm impatient now for more clues so we can exercise our little gray cells... more murder and mayhem soon, please! I'm sure the clues and hints will become increasingly challenging but not impossible, I hope!
Im sure it will be harder to find it... i think every time it will become even harder finding it , but its rather fun and interesting searching for it
....
Your welcome
I can't wait for the next clue! I wonder if it'll be harder though?
i just saw, and read it;) thank you for bringing it forward Miss Quin:)
Agathasmykid
student_dylanA question:
When the second murder was announced there was information given about a clairvoyant, the victim's cousins, cat shelter etc. This information seems to have disappeared. I was just wondering if that information will be important in solving the mystery/identity of the murderer, or is it unimportant and we can forget about it?
It's under the other post, I brought it forward for you..
Great news, I found it too! It took me about three hours. It certainly does seem obvious now that I have found it. As others have said, pay very careful attention. It seems I too had the right idea right off the bat, however I did not concentrate enough. I obviously can't give any hints, so all I will suggest is to do what I did; read over all of the information again and trust your instincts.
It's interesting to speculate if the murderer will be a character from one of AC's books, or if this mystery is completely independent of the books and the clairvoyant/cousins/ cat shelter(!) are part of the narrative of this mystery, of which more is yet to be revealed.
I'm personally hoping that it's a completely newly created mystery and the murderer a character we've not encountered before.
But if the murderer is from the Christie books do we need only concern ourselves with those characters Marple and Poirot unveiled as murderers, or are all of her characters suspects and the possible murderer of angelika_blue and the other two so far? Because that's an awful lot of suspects! And what about the characters in the short stories and plays - could they potential murderers too?

Very good question, I thought the same when I tried to start from the beginning to see if I missed anything. Lets hope someone can answer this one.
well dont know, it might be important because at least we have someone to suspect but it might also be unimportant because we are not quite sure that the information that was given was true.
it took me 2 hours to find the clue about this mystery case... but it was fun and interesting finding it ;)... i can't wait for more clues:):)

I found it!
It took me 3 hours and I was beginning to get very frustrated indeed, but now that i've solved it I'm glad I persevered. It really tickled my interest when I came across this new mystery game on the website, so I'd just like to thank AGATHACHRISTIE.COM for coming up with the idea and allowing me to become a detective!
Some encouragement for those who have yet to find the clue: I had the right idea almost imediately because all the information really is there (right under our noses as has been mentioned by the moderater) but it took me such a long time because I wasn't paying quite close enough attention as I needed to. You really do need to keep your eyes peeled and pay careful attention! So good luck, and I can't wait for more clues. I supposes it's awful wishing for someone else to be bumped off soon?
HeiseiHolmesI found the clue on both versions of the site, just to test. Yes, it does seem to work on the US version too...
Thanks HeiseiHolmes, much appreciated.
I found the clue on both versions of the site, just to test. Yes, it does seem to work on the US version too...
One of the challenges here is that not many people seem to be sharing ideas (I am referring of course to the people that haven't found it yet), maybe if people throw out some theories we could work to find it together?
Also, as others have asked, does it matter which version of the site you are on?
been at this 4 hours so far today and still nothing. maybe because i'm in the U.S. I can't see it. off to work be back tonite.
ok thanks still looking
i was searching also for 2 hours the previous day but i didnt find a thing.. but later on i thought that i had to search again. i started thinking where it could be and while i was thinking, it came a thought in my mind about the murder case so i searched it and i found it..:) it just needs a little bit of concentration and you'll find it...
I must be really blind, been at this on and off for 9 hours. maybe because i'm in the states I can't see it.
ohh ok thank you:)
I think they'll put it on after a new murder, or once enough people get the first one... I'm totally not sure, though~♪
have you any idea, when they are going to put the next clue?:):) i had so much fun looking for the 1st one:)
I'm glad you decided to come back Mr.West, good luck and have fun =)
hi,
after i think about all of this game i decided to come back and try again.
i hope you forgive me about things that i sad
I have searched for a few hours as well. Will try again tommorow. Anyone have any suggestions? I am thinking "under your nose" means something but can't seem to guess what it maybe.
This is hard! Do I just have to look carefully or is there a clue in the last murders to show me where to look?
I finally found it! I spent hours looking for it! I almost gave up, but I didn' t it! And it's so obvious! It' s really under our noses!
You are aren't you
. I still have not found it however, I think I may blame my tiny pink netbook for this one, it obviously playing tricks on me. I am usually good at following clues.
We are all nice on here jenpix!
Heh heh, anyone who has not found it yet, its ok. neither have I! Oh well, I am learning a lot about one of my fave authors just by clicking on everything. Plus I have met some pretty nice people in here too
I don't think it's broken. You probably havent noticed it
Can say no more
!
If it is so obvious my computer must be broken or something coz I can't see it.
I think I will just wait patiently for the next clue which could be easier to find.
Mr_westto missquin,
1.if you were looking for more than 8 hours you were mad too!
2. i'm sorry that i shout but it's so annoying.
3. next time someone find it plese stop say ï found it!"
1. I'd never get so worked up over a mystery game, it's supposed to be fun!
2. I'm glad your sorry that you were yelling at people to shut up.
3. Part of the game is telling others you found it. It's part of the fun and if everyone kept quiet, we wouldn't be sharing our pleasure with others. That would be very boring! So I think that if someone finds the clue, then they are welcome to say so.
What if on the next go, no-one found the clue? It's highly unlikely, but just imagine it. Then the forum moderators wouldn't know no one had found it, if people can't say they have.
forget about my previous post i just found itt;) its soo obviouss..:)
hey!!!! i have been reading your posts daily about this murder game:P.. but still i cant find a clue. i have been trying from yesterday but didnt find a thing !!.. i know that you cant give a clue(for those who already found it) but just tell me if it is hidden in an obvious place or you have to think about it carefully, or if it is connected with the case. thank you!!:)
i must be blind or something i've looked for 3 hours and nothing
Mr. West, if it bothers you so much when other people find the clue, then perhaps you should stop reading this forum.
oh, forget about previous post. found it. it is actually very obvious!
Hello
,
I'm new here. I love this game, but still haven't found the clue.
I know that you can't give any information about where its hidden, but can you please tell if it is big or small. And is it hidden somewhere randomly, or it is connected with the case (do you have to think about the case to find it)?
thank you!
to missquin,
1.if you were looking for more than 8 hours you were mad too!
2. i'm sorry that i shout but it's so annoying.
3. next time someone find it plese stop say ï found it!"
Hello HH, well done for finding the clue so quick. I didn't find it that hard, but obviously some people are.
To Mr West
1 I'd never give clues as it's against the rules, I like this site too much to be banned.
2. Myself and other found it on their own, so why should others be spoon fed the details.
3. I think Mr West, you won't get anywhere by shouting at people and you need to change your attitiude.
I found it! I'm quite proud of myself. Now, on to this cracker_jack guy. As usual, it's another ultra-low-level activity victim.
Waaaah! I've been away for so long... I'm going to try and find this Mystery Clue, anyway.
Chill people.
Try to at least be polite, please?
I know how you feel but people are not allowed to post hints in case it ruins the enjoyment of others. Wouldn't ruin any enjoyment for me. I would just be happy if I found it.
listen, i look for this clue 8 hours.
i don't know where to look more, maybe i miss something but, the next one that will say ït's so easy" or ï found it" i will make him sorry that he sad that.
so if you don't want to give me hint, SHUT UP!!!
this is so not fair! it could be anywhere! how do you found it?! it's invisible or something? you to scroll the mouse on it? it have to be beacause i look in every page in this website!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope the clue isn't on the top of the page, because mine doesn't seem to be working...
UPDATE: I found it!!!
This all happened while I was sleeping! Wow, time zones can get annoying. Well I'm off to search the website!
Oh yes. I have not a clue where to look now. I think that this will be both my first and last day on the site. Its too intellectual for me
No, I will not give up. I will TRIUMPH!
Tensions really are really running high arent they?
thanks i'll try!
Well I shall leave you to it and I might try again tomorrow. And good luck!
so, we're getting to the quistion: where could it be?
it's spous to be wasy so maybe it's in the homepage and we just need to find out how to discover it?
Your not allowed to which is a shame but I would've like a a little hint.
yea, if i will discover the clue i'll give you at least a hint.
Shame people can't give us subtle hints eh........
ok, lets think about places that it can be, maybe the abc murders?
I know!
yea, but we cant scroll all over the website!
Yes but you maybe have to highlight or scroll the mouse over it.
someone sad it's looks like a littel box with the mystery figure
If we knew where it was we wouldn't be looking!
where it's spous to be? in page of what? this is so annoying i don't even know how it's look like
it somewhere in the website, but where? in one of the books? i could take hours.
so where is it that it's so easy to find it?
Hmm, people telling me how easy it is to find somehow does not fill me with happy thoughts. Well I will keep looking for as long as I can until I give up on this.
maybe he mean that it's somewhere that is not hard to find (but i still didn't find!)
That's what I though but it's most likely a red herring.
Under noses? I still didn't find it, but I'm starting now, so... Maybe it means something.
i don't understand even where and how it's look like
I bet my computer's knackerd or something.
Theres nothing wrong with you Butler just think carefull bout it all and look carefully i wnt over it twice and only noticed it the second time
your not alone, but if each of us alone can't maybe we together can?
Think? You think I have not tried? I think if it's as easy as people claim there must be something seriously wrong with me.
Found the clue in ten minutes easy peasy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think its not hard!!!!!!
yea, how littel stupid box that hide somewhere in the website is logic or knowledge?
i bet that poirot or miss marple will not success to solve this!
I think this is stupid, I would much rather it was a case of finding word clues and fact clues but not something like find a stupid little box with a message.
right! this is not fun, this is trouble!
i spent 5 hours of my life for this stupid clue!
5 hours Mr West! I think you are winning. I think I will cook dinner to realign my brain and then search afresh. I have re read all the posts on the first murder but it has not really helped so far
Supposed to be fun? This is not my idea of fun at all!
where could it be?
I have spent nearly 30 mins looking for this clue!
i almost forgot jenpix keep looking i know you will find it
and i wish you all feel what i feel when i spent 5 hours on this.
So frustrating, thats two hours I have been looking. I may now give up.
curse everything! i'll never come back to this website!
go_leafs_nationSurprisingly easy to find... It's very obvious once you know where to look.
Why so modest Go leafs?! We all think differently, so what's easy for some isn't easy for others.
GKC whay! I'm pleased you found it because you sounded so frustrated that I wanted to help you but couldn't.
No! I feel so stupid. Darn it I will keep clicking on everything :-(
Surprisingly easy to find... It's very obvious once you know where to look.
SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to use my knowledge of what's occurred, but I found it, although I didn't know for sure what I was to look for at first. I wonder if other clues have been released already. It looks like speed isn't a factor, so I have plenty of time to mull over the hint...
This is my first post here, I am now hooked on trying to find a clue to this murder! Very exciting.
Keep looking, don't give up hope. I hope your enjoying yourself? this is meant to be fun!
Nope... not a trace... this is starting to get out of hand... I'm compulsively searching every page with as much order and method as possible...
Have you found it yet GKC?
You can't reveal the contents anyway! Or give clues...

it's Connection to cracker_jack?
The clue can't be too hard to find since you found it in fifteen minutes, but I haven't come up with anything yet...
Yes, it's a very creepy cover. Rather more sinister than the story is actually. It's clever the way theyv'e used that headstone for the names.
I love this murder mystery, it's great fun! I'd love to find all the clues, so I won't tell a soul now.
O.K., O.K.... But now it looks like we have to search EVERY PAGE OF THE WEBSITE REPEATEDLY in order to find the clues...
Has anyone else noticed that the graveyard image that announces the killed victims is taken from a new cover of The Murder at the Vicarage?
Ah! Ok I will be silent! (trembles in fear)
I meant, no hints, please.
Oi! MissQuin, no hints!
(Tears of gag) well..... I'm not sure how to give a hint as it might be too easy for you all. I will see if someone else finds it by tonight (but if they do they shoudn't reveal the contents!) If not then I will give a little hint to point you in the right direction.
I'm too nice, I should keep it to myself!
!
MissQuin, please give us a hint on where to look!

Yes it's hidden on the website. The little box had the mystery figure in black, against a red background. It said keep it secret,
so I will. Anyway I would love to solve it myself anyway!
it's in the website?
Ive found it! I found the clue in a red and black box! But I'm afraid I'm going to have to keep it a secret! The message told me to keep quiet, so I will. Of course I'll probably be killed now!

I can't find any evidence for cracker_jack's existence yet! The internet web searches I used for angelika_blue and biancaquan have turned up nothing! There is someone named cracker_jack who has posted on several other websites, but I can find no evidence whatsoever of cracker_jack's presence on this board.
And what does Moderator 2 mean by clues being right under our noses? We're also being told to explore the website... Could the clues we've been seeking be hidden throughout the website?
Well, the alphabetical pattern still holds... I'm not so sure about the color pattern now. "Cracker" is a derogatory slang term for "white," so I guess the color pattern still holds, too.
Note that all of the victims have names in their names... Angelika, Bianca, Jack... Is there a pattern there?
Cracker_jack.. that blows out my colour theaory, but it is alphabetical. I'm off to hunt around!
Ten people, each with something to hide and something to fear, are invited to a lonely mansion on Soldier Island by a host who, surprisingly, fails to appear.

Three down, how many more to go?
First it was angelika_blue, then biancaquan, and now cracker_jack - but why murder these members of the community? What could this mean?
Clues as to the killer's identity may be right under our noses, so keep your eyes peeled and your wits about you as you explore the site. Report your assumptions and progress here.
