triple murder mystery pack

ok I have the triple murder pack with... And then there were none, Murder on the orient express, and Evil under the sun and I can't get the game to work has anyone else had this problem with this game and if so what can I do to fix it? Please any help that you my have I would be thankful for.

Can you get it to install at all?  There are some common problems that can be resolved through a downloadable patch on the Adventure Company website.  Contact customer service for help.

no it installs but when u hit play it sayes euts.exe error must shut down

I'm in the same boat. I purchased the triple murder mystery pack tonight, only to find that three computers won't play it. All three are compatable- but when the box automatically pops up after putting the CD in, I click on Install and NOTHING happens. I repeatedly click Install and still nothing. This isn't just one computer may I repeat, it's three that won't play this... game... I've tried to get a hold of technical support with no help whatsoever, so I might get some help on here.

Yes, all my updates are complete and I've even tried it turning down all my virus/spam settings- still no success. I've never had these kinds of problems with games before and I'm sorry but I'm very frustrated. I went back to the store to take it back and they said they wouldn't because the box has been opened and it's their policy since people evidently copy these things and try to sell them back. Heck, I'd be happy to get the first one work, not to mention illegally copying anything. If anyone knows how to get this thing going, I'd really appreciate the help.

I too can't load this, though a friend has loaded it on his PC from my disc, so nothing wrong there.  Anyone any suggestions please?  Adventure Company didn't even bother to respond & I'm very disappointed - would love to play the games....  Help gratefully received.

I have tried install from the menu, direct command from the CD and have not found any way to install these games.  The tech support Canadian phone number leads one to a website that has zero response.  I have again tried today to contact tech support in two ways. 

Assuming there is a chance anyone from the company actually reads this forum I will say again, as I have in the emails, that it is ridiculous to sell s/w games without any technical support.  There is no excuse for it.

I guess if nothing comes through we'll just have to take the games back.  what a shame to build a reputation in that manner.

if anyone has found a solution to the no install problem I'd appreciate hearing it.  Hard to install a patch, that I've not found yet, to a game that can't be loaded or contatct tech support if they don't give a reliable means.

I'm having the same problem. I can bring up the icon to install but nothing happens. I have also tried to contact tech support with no response. I was really looking forward to this game.
