I saw on Amazon.fr that a new French TV-series has been launched under the title "Les petits meurtres d'Agatha Christie" (two DVD:s will be released in Frebruary).

Set in France in the 30s, so far two books have been adapted:"Les meurtres ABC" and "Am stram gram" (Ordeal by Innocence), for next year "La maison du péril" (Peril at End House) and "La plume empoisonnée" (The Moving Finger) have been announced.

The main characters, Commissaire Larrosière and Inspecteur Lampion previously appeared in the miniseries "Petits Meurtres en Famille" (based on Hercule Poirot´s Christmas).

It seems the French have really got hooked on Christie!
