Thanks mr West, but I really want to either see the rest of the episode, or read the story. It's much better that way isn't it?
The series is quite enjoyable, lighthearted and fun.
i can tell you whodunit
i read the book 3 times!
I'm really annoyed as I recorded The house of Lurking death, but it cut the end off! I don't know whodunnit. I'll have to wait til it's on again..
Ive enjoyed the two episodes Ive seen so far. I always had this view of Tommy and Tuppence being twee and hyperactive. But theyre likeable in the programme. Certainly less frothy than some of the Marple McEwans.
Yes, I saw this when it originally aired in the 1980's and really enjoyed it. I thought Francesca Annis and James Warwick were just perfect as Tommy and Tuppence and wish they had filmed more of the T&T books. The episodes are available on DVD, at least they were about 4 years when I bought the whole series.
Ten people, each with something to hide and something to fear, are invited to a lonely mansion on Soldier Island by a host who, surprisingly, fails to appear.
When the wealthy patriarch, Aristide, is murdered, suspicion falls on the whole household. ...
Travelling on the Orient Express, Poirot is approached by a desperate American. Afraid that someone plans to kill him, Ratchett asks Poirot for help ...

Ive saw an episode of Partners in Crime on ITV3. I wondered, because Ive only read Pricking of my thumbs, how close they are to the books? I quite enjoyed it, it was amusing.
Tuppence had over 40 hats, poor Tommy was fed up and together they somehow solved a great mystery.
Any other people seen this?
