Hello, I have the Poirot Collection - DVDs plus magainze - just received the most recent one which was Appointment With Death - a lovely surprise as I don't think it has even been shown on TV yet.

However, on looking through my collection I realise I am missing issue 32.  Can someone please tell me is that Murder on the Orient express?

Thank ; you.

Sorry, I thought you meant the Poirot collection. Ignore mine then, if you meant the Agatha Christie collection and not the Poirot collection.

Hello,

Does anyone have a current email for the company who supplies the Poirot Collection Magazine/Dvd? Cant seem to find one online. Thanks in advance!

The Clocks will be shown on tv on Christmas Day in the UK - so perhaps issues 64 and 65 will be made available then. The remaining 5 episodes will be screened next year - so there will eventually be 70 dvds/magazines in the set.

What is the Poirot Collection you refer to?  Is it the television series featuring Miss Lemon, Hastings, Japp?  I have all of those.  I also have most of the full length movie DVD's with Suchet.

What is the magazine you refer to?  I have never heard of a Poirot magazine, but I am very interested!  Please, more info!

Just thought I'd let you know that I have just received my 2 new Poirots and it contains a letter saying that I will receive my next set in approximately 4 weeks time. So hopefully they will be Orient Express and Clocks. I don't know if I've said this but: I just love the magazines that come with them.

McGinty it comes with a telephone number and an e-mail address to contact them if you don't want to receive them, but it could be worth you trying them to get it sent to your new address.

The phone number is 0845 148 9265

the e-mail is poirot@jacklinservice.com

Hope you manage to get them.

And as already written about, that was the end of the collection.

I wonder if anyone could tell me what the last published magazine is? I have obtained up to #57 via Ebay. I have all the episodes in DVD boxed sets, apart from Three Act Tragedy, but I'm interested in the magazines themselves for research into Thirties life, for a possible writing project.

If there are issues beyond #57, could anyone possibly be kind enough to list which episodes they each cover?

Thanks in advance for any help!

It's not yet been released Victoria, and it won't be released as part of this collection - it's finished. We'll have to wait and buy the new episodes as a box set from ITV

Have there been any more additions to this collection?  I am waiting for Three Act Tragedy which was shown on TV some time last year but I can't find it on Amazon or Ebay so maybe it hasn't been released yet?

Appointment With Death was issue no. 61.All the episodes have been issued, whether they will pick up again when new episodes are filmed is unknown. I know that some people have found this collection expensive, and I do have to agree. However, the cost has been spread over three years, and I for one do enjoy having each episode on an individual dvd, and no matter what the cost they have brought hours of enjoyment.

I have issues 1-42 of this Poirot Collection, I didn't know it was still going? What issue are they up to now Victoria?

burr-avatar

No. 32 is "The Affair at the Victory Ball".

Thanks McGinty.  Yes I realised after posting that of course Suchet hasn't done MOTOE.  What confused me (and it doesn't take much) was a trailer for Poirot showing him in a train and of course that was The Mystery of the Blue Train.

However, if you could please let me know what issue 32 is I would be grateful.  Thank you.

I'm away from home at the moment Victoria, so I'm unable to check out what issue 32 was, BUT I can say most certainly that it WASN'T Murder On The Orient Express - it hasn't yet been filmed, it will be this year as part of the new series.
